Do you have natural stones?
- Yes, we have natural stones. We check at the State Gemological Center of Ukraine. The website presents photos of many conclusions. You can also order an examination of the stone in the product you want to buy for an additional fee – check with the managers for details.
Are pearls natural, river? Cultured means artificial?
- Yes, natural. But it is correct to say not river but freshwater because they are grown not in rivers but in specially created reservoirs with fresh water.
- We purchase pearls at the production where they are grown, so we know the entire production process, unlike sellers who purchase from intermediaries, do not know the process and copy the mistake about river pearls from the Internet. Cultured pearls mean that they are grown in live mollusks, but with human participation. Small nuclei are placed in the mollusk to stimulate the secretion of nacre. This does not mean that they are artificial, but only indicates that the process was controlled. Pearls are natural, just like the potatoes we eat - they are also cultivated.
Can I change the size of the jewelry? Change the size of the ring? Replace the gold plating with silver or vice versa? Change the design? Add stones?
- Yes, we can remake the jewelry to your order if there are stones and with an advance payment. The production time depends on the jewelry you have chosen: bracelets, necklaces - 1 day, ring size - 3-5 days. Check with the managers for details. Custom-made products are made with a 100% prepayment and are not subject to exchange or return.
Can you send additional, "live" photos?
Yes, we can take additional photos and also videos. But please note that all our photos on the site are "live" - taken on a phone and without the use of Photoshop and filters.
What material are the clasps made of? Does the gold plating not darken?
All clasps on our products are 925 Silver or 925 Silver with 18K gold plating - the gold plating does not darken, but a few microns of gold are wiped off over time.
When is the shipment? Do you have a physical store? Is self-pickup possible?
Do you ship by Ukrposhta?
Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays are shipped today - after 16:00 - the next day. We do not ship on weekends. There is no self-pickup. We do not ship by Ukrposhta in Ukraine. Exceptions are settlements where there is no Nova Poshta.
Please, order with payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch - where you can check and make sure that you are receiving exactly what you ordered.
