TERMS OF EXCHANGE / RETURN OF GOODS
WE GUARANTEE A GOODS EXCHANGE OR A REFUND WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS UNLESS THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED AND THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO IT.
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, the buyer has the right to return the goods or demand a refund in the event of an unidentified marriage.
Conditions for product replacement:
1. The product must be in a marketable condition, not have traces of use and any damage.
2. We do not change the product and do not refund money in the event of:
mechanical damage to the goods during its use;
if the product was under repair;
if the product has traces of use or is contaminated.
3. The buyer pays for the shipment of goods at his own expense.
* According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 15.05.1991 No. 1023-XII and Annex No. 3, as well as the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 19.03.1994 No. 172, goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) include: Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semi-precious stones.
