Electronic Gift Certificate

An electronic gift certificate is a prepayment that allows you to purchase goods for an amount equivalent to its face value.

The certificate is valid for a limited period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

You can only pay for an electronic certificate by bank card or transfer.

• when paying with an Electronic Certificate, you get the right to purchase a product or several products for an amount within the certificate face value;

• if the amount of goods is greater than the certificate face value, the difference is paid by the buyer;

• when purchasing for an amount less than that indicated on the certificate, the difference is not refunded and is not transferred to subsequent purchases;

• the electronic certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for an Electronic Certificate of a different face value;

• in case of loss, the Electronic Certificate is not restored;

• the validity period of the Electronic Certificate is not extended;

• after the expiration date, the Electronic Certificate is considered invalid regardless of the reasons for which it was not used.
